Liemba Safari
Overview
It is a unique safari especially considering the boarding of the world renown M.V Liemba. Other highlights of the safari include game drives at various Tanzanian National Park such as Mikumi, Ruaha and Gombe National park. this safari could be recommended to adventure enthusiasts and family and friends getaway.

Day 1: Dar es Salaam/Mikumi National Park
Arrive at the Julius International Airport at Dar es Salaam where you will have our guide cum driver pick you up help you load your luggage into the safari jeep and start your journey south to Mikumi National Park. over at Mikumi you will have time to do a game drive of the park before your dinner and overnight which will be at Mikumi wildlife camp.
Day 2: Mikumi National Park/Ruaha National Park
Early in the morning you will have a quick game drive at Mikumi before you depart for Ruaha National. On arriving at the Ruaha National Park you will have time to do a tour of the Ruaha National park. ruaha is one of the best game viewing park in Tanzania with a large abundance of wildlife. Your dinner and overnight will be at Ruaha Hilltop lodge.
Day3: Ruaha National park
Spend the day engaging in various activities as you savor all that Ruaha has offer. Game drives and walking safaris will be the major highlights of the tour not forgetting the breath taking sunset view in the evening.
Day 4: Ruaha National Park/Mbeya
Do a quick game drive in the morning at Ruaha before you depart to Mbeya via Iringa. Overnight at Mbeya will be at Mbeya forest hill hotel.
Day 5: Mbeya/Mpulungu
You will depart Mbeya for Mpulungu in the morning where you will cross the border over to Zambia over at Tunduma. On this day you will prepare to board the Liemba
Day 6: Mpulungu/ Kalambo
Spend the day touring Mpulungu and Kalambo village. Engage with the local communities and learn of the local culture and grab yourself a souvenir. You will also visit the Kalambo waterfalls. Overnight will be at Mpulungu.
Day 7: Liemba
You will board the Liemba and embark on your journey to Kigoma from Mpulungu. This will be a one of a kind boat ride. Ride on the deepest and longest lake in Africa. Lake Tanganyika is a spectacle to ravel at, it is majestic and magnificent with some of the clearest waters of any lake in Africa.
Day 8: Liemba
Day two at the Liemba and you still wishing the first day did not come to an end so soon. The luxury on the century old vessel is second to none. While on board you will be enlightened on the rich history of the vessel and how it survived all kinds of situations.
Day 9: Liemba/Kigoma
Unfortunately, all good things come to an end. This is your final day at Liemba. You will dock at the Kigoma harbor. Over at Kigoma you will have time to tour the Kigoma town and engage with the local community and learn on the rich history of Kigoma. Overnight will be at Kigoma Hill top hotel.
Day 10: Kigoma/Gombe/Kigoma/Dar es Salaam
In the morning you will depart Kigoma and head to the Gombe National. One of the few Chimpanzee sanctuaries in Africa. Engage in chimpanzee tracking which you will find out is a breath-taking experience one experienced by few. You will later head back to Kigoma and catch a flight to Dar es Salaam where you will connect with your flight back home.
