Day 1: Arusha → Serengeti National Park

Overview:
Pick up from your hotel in Arusha at 7:30 AM and drive toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The journey takes approximately 4 hours, passing through the scenic high-lying farmlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Descending into the endless plains of Serengeti, you proceed to the Seronera area, the park’s wildlife-rich central region supported by the Seronera River. Arrive in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive.

Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park

Spend a full day exploring Serengeti’s vast and dramatic landscapes. Witness predator–prey interactions, observe lion prides, cheetahs on the hunt, and leopards resting on acacia branches.
Depending on the season, you may also experience the Great Migration, with thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles roaming the plains. This is the ultimate day of wildlife immersion in Africa’s most iconic safari destination.

Day 3: Serengeti → Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After an early breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in Serengeti. Later, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with an en-route game drive and picnic lunch.
Ngorongoro is a unique protected area where wildlife coexists harmoniously with the Maasai people who graze their cattle alongside native species.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater → Arusha

After breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a 5-hour game drive.
The crater hosts around 30,000 animals, including the rare black rhino, large groups of wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, elephants, hippos, and more. Its dense predator population includes lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and leopards.
Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor before driving back to Arusha for drop-off.

Safaris are great year-round, but the best wildlife viewing months are June to October. The calving season in Serengeti (January–March) is also a highlight.

We recommend light clothing, a warm jacket for early mornings, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, comfortable shoes, and a good camera.
