Arrival Day – Zanzibar to Arusha

Your journey begins with a scenic flight from Zanzibar to Arusha—the safari capital of Tanzania. Upon arrival, you’re free to choose your preferred accommodation. For convenience, it’s best to stay within 10 km of the city center. If you’d like a seamless experience, we can also arrange a private hotel booking for you. Enjoy a relaxing evening as you prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park – Overnight in Lake Manyara (Mto wa Mbu)

Your safari officially starts with an early pickup between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM from Moshi. Enjoy a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its vast elephant herds and majestic baobab trees. Once inside, you’ll embark on a thrilling game drive, spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, and numerous bird species.
After lunch, continue exploring the park before heading to your lodge in Mto wa Mbu for dinner and rest.

Pass through woodlands and savannahs, spotting elephants, giraffes, and zebras along the way.
Arrive at the crater rim by late afternoon, enjoy dinner, and spend the night with breathtaking views of Ngorongoro.

After a picnic lunch on the crater floor, ascend and begin the drive back to Arusha.
Arrival is expected between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM, marking the end of your unforgettable 5-day safari.
