Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Arrive in Arusha, the safari hub of Tanzania. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore the city or relax at your hotel. We recommend choosing accommodation within 10 km of the city center for easy pickup the next morning.
If desired, we can arrange a private hotel stay for you.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your safari begins with a morning pickup from Arusha or Moshi. Drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its enormous elephant herds and ancient baobab trees.
Enjoy a full-day game drive as you explore river valleys and open woodlands where lions, buffalos, zebras, giraffes, and many bird species thrive.
In the late afternoon, continue to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight.

Return to your campsite in the evening for dinner and overnight.
