1. When is the best time to visit Tanzania for a safari?
Tanzania is a year-round safari destination. From June to October, you’ll enjoy the best wildlife viewing and the Great Migration river crossings. December to March is calving season in the Serengeti, offering excellent predator sightings. April and May bring the rainy season, but also fewer crowds and beautifully lush scenery.

2. What parks are best for safari in Tanzania?
Top safari destinations include Serengeti National Park, famous for the Great Migration; Ngorongoro Crater, where the Big Five can often be seen in a single day; Tarangire National Park, known for elephants and baobab trees; Lake Manyara National Park, home to tree-climbing lions; and Ruaha or Nyerere (Selous) for more remote wilderness experiences.

3. Can I see the Big Five in Tanzania?
Yes. Tanzania is one of the best places to see all Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. The Ngorongoro Crater offers some of the highest chances.

6. Do I need a visa to visit Tanzania?
Most travelers require a visa. You can apply online for an e-visa or obtain a visa on arrival at the airport. Always check updated requirements before travel.

7. What vaccinations are recommended?
Common recommendations include Yellow Fever (required when coming from certain countries), Hepatitis A and B, Typhoid, Tetanus, and anti-malaria medication. Consult your doctor before travel.

8. What should I pack for a safari?
Pack light, neutral-colored clothing, a warm jacket for early mornings, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, a power bank, camera or binoculars, and personal toiletries and medication.

9. What type of accommodation is available?
Options include budget camping, mid-range lodges, luxury tented camps, and high-end exclusive lodges. We tailor safaris to fit your preferred comfort level and budget.

10. Are meals and drinks included?
Most safaris include breakfast, picnic lunch, and dinner. Drinking water is always provided. Some lodges also include soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

11. Will I have network and Wi-Fi during safari?
Network coverage is available in many areas, but can be weak inside parks. Most lodges and camps offer Wi-Fi in common areas.

12. Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. We cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Please inform us in advance.

13. What is the Great Wildebeest Migration?
The Great Migration is the world’s largest land animal movement, involving over 1.5 million wildebeest along with zebras and gazelles. Key moments include the calving season from December to March and the river crossings from June to October.

14. How long should a safari be?
A typical safari lasts 3–7 days depending on the parks visited. Longer safaris offer better chances for wildlife encounters.

15. Are children allowed on safari?
Yes. Most lodges welcome children, and family-friendly safaris can be arranged. Some activities may have age restrictions.
